The Gateacre Society will be holding a series of monthly 'history in pictures' meetings between February and May 2008. The meetings will be held in Gateacre Chapel on Sunday afternoons, starting at 2 pm. At each meeting, a varied selection of old photographs and maps from our collection will be projected and discussed - each session concentrating on a different area of Gateacre.

Here are the dates and the topics:
17th FEBRUARY: the Grange Lane area.
2nd MARCH: Gateacre Brow/Sandfield Road.
6th APRIL: Rose Brow and Cuckoo Lane
4th MAY: Netherley and Belle Vale
