REVISED PLANS SUBMITTED FOR THE GATEACRE COMP SITE:
231 HOUSES INSTEAD OF 200
|

A planning application - ref. 17F/1805 - has been submitted by Countryside Properties (UK) Ltd to Liverpool City Council:
"To erect 106 dwellings with associated landscaping, roads and new accesses to Grange Lane and Cuckoo Lane (replacing 75 dwellings on the development site previously approved under 16F/0883 to increase overall development to 231 dwellings)".

Above: The Landscape Masterplan submitted as part of planning application 17F/1805. The uncoloured areas do not form part of this planning application. The overall effect of the proposals, if approved by Liverpool City Council, would be to increase the total number of dwellings built on the former School site from 200 to 231.
