FORTHCOMING EVENTS: The next meeting of the Friends of Gateacre will take place on WEDNESDAY 29th MARCH 2023 at 3 p.m. Meanwhile there will be a Community Litterpick on SATURDAY 18th MARCH (meet outside the Black Bull pub at 11 a.m.) ALL INTERESTED GATEACRE RESIDENTS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND For an invitation to future meetings, please email us. watering and Clean-up Days are always welcome. You can see what the Friends have achieved in the past - in the GATEACRE IN BLOOM 2009, 2008 AND 2007 PORTFOLIOS. In 2009 Gateacre was voted BEST SMALL VILLAGE IN THE NORTH WEST by the North West in Bloom judges. For 'Gateacre in Bloom' and other local projects, the Friends need your support. If you would like to volunteer to help, please contact the Friends - or simply come along to one of our meetings. |
