HERITAGE OPEN DAY EVENTS IN GATEACRE
On Saturday 13th September
you can visit:
GATEACRE UNITARIAN CHAPEL,
Gateacre Brow, 10am - 4pm
ST STEPHEN'S PARISH CHURCH,
Belle Vale Road, 10.30am - 4pm
Members of the respective congregations
will be on hand to welcome visitors.
28 GATEACRE BROW (Antiques & Art),
10.30am - 6pm
This building has an interesting history which will be explained to visitors.
Photographs taken by Gateacre Society members will also be on display, in our one-day exhibition entitled
Moments in Time.
"The beauty of photography is that
it captures a never-to-be-repeated moment in time,
when the image that prompted the photographer to reach for a camera is documented with a single click".
The display will be upstairs, but well worth the climb!
