PLANS TO BUILD 202 HOUSES ON THE GATEACRE COMP SITE
HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED
A leaflet (the contents of which are reproduced here) has recently been delivered to households in the vicinity of the former Gateacre Comprehensive School site. It was produced by Turley who are a firm of planning consultants working on behalf of Countryside Properties. Countryside Properties are one of the partners - with Liverpool City Council and others - in Regeneration Liverpool, a joint venture partnership which was set up by the Council in 2007.
A 'drop in' Public Consultation event is being held from 5 pm till 8 pm on WEDNESDAY 19th NOVEMBER 2014, at Woolton High School (ex-Harold Magnay site), Woolton Hill Road, Liverpool L25 6JA.
