A planning application - ref. 15F/0516 - has been submitted by Countryside Properties (UK) Ltd to Liverpool City Council:
"To erect 200 dwellings with associated landscaping, roads and new accesses to Grange Lane and Cuckoo Lane" .
The deadline for comments is 16 April 2015.

A planning application - ref. 15F/0359 - has been submitted by Macbryde Homes Ltd Ltd to Liverpool City Council. The proposal is for a cul-de-sac off Acrefield Road, using the same access point as the former E H Williams Garden Centre (all the buildings of which are to be demolished).
The deadline for comments is 15 April 2015.
