On 13th October 2017 the Planning Inspectorate told us that our Right of Way Claim in respect of the path from Acrefield Road to Woolton Park, via Glenacres and Byron Court, is to be the subject of a Public Inquiry - starting on 27th March 2018. The venue will be Woolton Golf Club, and anyone with a view to express is invited to attend.

Liverpool City Council is supporting our claim, and has published a Definitive Map Modification Order designating the path as
Public Right of Way No.77

In addition, all of the USER EVIDENCE FORMS which were completed back in 2016 (56 of them in total, all supporting our case) will be given to the Inspector for him or her to take into account.
