House. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, hipped slate roof. 2 storeys and 3 bays. Stone base and top cornice. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed; no glazing bars. Ground floor canted bay window with hipped roof to 3rd bay. Central round-headed entrance has angle pilasters, archivolt, complete fanlight and half-glazed door.

Windows have wedge lintels and vertical jambs and are sashed with glazing bars. Central round-headed entrance with architrave, impost blocks and reeded frieze, complete fanlight and 6-panel door.

Central round-headed entrance has architrave impost blocks and reeded frieze, 6-panel door. Listed for group value only.

House. Dated “IPS 1807” on lintel. Stone with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Ground floor sill band; top cornice; projecting quoins. 1st bay 2-storey canted timber bay, late C19. 2nd bay ground floor tripartite window, sashed, no glazing bars; 1st floor window has keyed lintel and is sashed with glazing bars. Later ridge dormer. Return has top window with rusticated wedge lintel with key and date. Entrance in projecting bay has architrave and 4-panel door. Listed for group value only.

Shop, office and flats above. 1890s. . A. Thomas. Stone, with timbered 1st floor jettied on brackets with decorated bressumer and pargeted panels cast from Flemish C17 Biblical scenes, and tile roof. 2 storeys with attic; 2 bays, canted corner bay and 2 bays to Sandfield Road. 1st bay breaks forward under gable. Coved cornice. 1st bay has shop front with curved windows and leaded overlight to paired half-glazed doors; 2nd bay has casement with leaded upper lights. 1st floor rectangular oriel on brackets with leaded lights; 4-light attic window above to 1st bay. Angle has Tudor-headed entrance with half-glazed door. Canted 1st floor oriel with elliptical headed windows with octagonal drum with vertical bull’s eyes, ogival cupola has open stage with balusters and short spine with button finial. Return similar with to 1st bay of 1st floor a 2-light casement with gable and flanking smaller lights.
