Environmental Health

Advised that there are no objections to the proposal and have recommended a number of planning conditions and informatives.

Highways Management

Advised that they do not offer any highway objections to the current scheme subject to the imposition of conditions. To be discussed in more depth later in the report.

Drainage Engineer

The site has no history of flooding however full details of the proposed drainage for the site will be required to be submitted as part of a planning condition.

External Consultees

United Utilities

Advised that they have no objection to the proposal provided that a condition is met that the site is drained on a totally separate system, with only foul drainage connected into the public sewer and surface water draining in the most sustainable way.

Merseyside Fire

Advised of the standard comments in relation to access to the building for fi re fighting purposes.
