Notice of 2024 A.G.M.

When I was born in 1943 my parents were living in Oakfield Manor, on Cuckoo lane. We were there till about 1946 when the building was purchased by the Liverpool Corporation and turned into a girls boarding school. (As I understand it). My father worked for MGM the big movie production company. Back during the war days movie films were highly flammable and MGM purchased the Manor to house the films. The city of Liverpool had ordered the company to get all the film storage out of the city centre because of the fire threat.
I do not have a good photo of the manor and wondered if you had any?
